Cuenca noticed a lack of diversity in most fintech panels, so we worked to create genderless panels to reduce biaces on attendance.​​​​​​​
Brief, provided by Bibiana Monterde, was to design a genderless panel graphic identity and communication, with a post-event campaign that revealed panelist's gender.
